Cancellation Request and Refunds
For Tattoo Appointment and Private Events:
Cancellations will be accepted within 14 days of your appointment, with valid reasons regardless of how far in advance your appointment was originally booked.
You can book your appointment anytime before your desired date as long as it is open and available. Fourteen (14) days in advance is NOT required to book an appointment.
Exemptions:
Cancellations and refund requests will only be accepted with valid reasons up to three (3) days before your appointment, if reservations are made within less than 14 days.
Valid Reasons for Cancellation and Refund:
- Medical emergency or sudden illness
- Family emergency or bereavement
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., car accident, urgent travel)
- Weather-related issues (in extreme cases, if applicable)
Please ensure that cancellations are communicated as soon as possible and accompanied by relevant documentation, if necessary.
To Request a Refund:
Please fill out the Cancellation Form below so we can begin to process your cancellation request and ISSUE A REFUND as soon as possible. Your refund may be issued as a partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstance and situation.
Upon submission, your request will be reviewed and you will receive an email update regarding the status of your request within 5-10 business days.
