SNOW TATTOO PRIVACY POLICY

Custom Designed, Signature Fine Line Tattoos by Sarah Gaugler are custom designed for each client. Snow Tattoo provides private sessions, with client-artist confidentiality. Sarah Gaugler has been professionally tattooing her signature fine lines for 14 years and counting. We appreciate every client.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into by and between Clients, Artists, and all participants at Snow Tattoo NYC collectively, for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure by one or each Disclosing Party to the other the Receiving Party of any confidential information.

We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when applicable by law.

All personal information you supply is protected according to the federal government’s Privacy Act. This means that you are entitled to know when to provide the information required, and to be informed of the purpose of such collection.

Snow Tattoo is a by appointment only - Private Studio, to provide security and safety of each client.

We celebrate out tattoos with our clients at Snow Tattoo, with Privacy, Safety, and the QUALITY OF YOUR TATTOO Session, as our number one PRIORITY.
