Studio Deposit and Rates: Rates depend on the design, detail, size, and placement. (Rates are not based on time, so that clients do not feel rushed, nor will need to spend more time than needed.) Designing and tattooing are done on the same day of the tattoo appointment.
The final cost of the tattoo will be completed on the day of the appointment and is based on the size, detail, design and location on the body where it will be placed. Tattoo estimate is thoroughly explained in full detail, during the designing phase of your tattoo session, before your tattoo session begins.
All tattoo studios, especially high-demand studios like Snow Tattoo, require a Standard Studio Deposit to reserve an appointment. If a Studio or Artist has many clients requesting for tattoos, the deposit will cover the time and studio space that is reserved. A non-refundable and non-negotiable, and non-transferrable standard deposit of $500, $750, or $1000 for Pop Ups and Advanced Bookings).
The Standard Studio Deposit is required as a placement to secure and hold your appointment. This means that your appointment date and time will be reserved for your tattoo session. Your deposit will be deducted form the final cost of the tattoo to be completed in full after your tattoo session. Every Tattoo Studio has a minimum fee based on the mastery of the artist, years of experience, technique, quality of products, inks, needles, and overall service. At Snow Tattoo Private Studio, you will be taken goood care of by master tattooer Sarah Gaugler with fifteen (15) years of advanced professional fine-line tattooing experience.
Minimum Studio rates start at $550 for tiny and simple tattoos. *
Pop up minimum rates start at $550 for tiny tattoos and custom designs.*
Tattoo enhancements / scar cover-up / tattoo cover-up rates start at $1000.
For Private Events, Reservation Deposit starts at $2500 and base rate is $1000 minimum per tattoo.
*Snow tattoo specializes in fine lines and black ink. As the professional aesthetic of the artist, black ink best works with the signature style of Snow Tattoo. It looks best and lasts well over time without the need for touch ups or maintenance at the clients’ expense, and black ink tattoos that are showcased on visible extremities will any desired clothes on any occasion. Please note that the minimum shop fee is $1000 as the base rate to start for simple tattoos that require any additional color.
All Deposits will be deducted from the cost of the tattoo, unless a client fails to be present at an appointment without 14 days notice. Failure to re-schedule within at least 14 days does not give the studio enough time to book another client in your place and will be considered lost time at the private studio. Rescheduled appointments must be within 60 days of the original appointment time. Tattoo appointments may only be rescheduled once after the initial appointment .
